Search Console movement
Separates ranking loss, impression loss, CTR loss, and page-level demand shifts.
How It Works
Before you choose Traffic Recovery or the Organic Growth Blueprint, you should understand the diagnostic system behind both. Augesto starts with evidence, tags every finding by confidence, and turns the result into a roadmap your team can act on without guessing.
The service changes. The standard does not.
The philosophy
Most SEO work starts with opinions: publish more, refresh this page, build links, chase this keyword, blame the update. Opinion creates vague deliverables because it skips the failure mode. Our methodology replaces that with observed patterns, confidence levels, and a clear reason for every recommendation.
A recommendation is only useful when you know why it exists and how confident you should be before acting on it.
The 16-layer diagnostic
The diagnostic is not a checklist for show. Each layer protects you from acting on the wrong explanation, whether the issue is technical, editorial, structural, competitive, commercial, or AI-search related.
Separates ranking loss, impression loss, CTR loss, and page-level demand shifts.
Shows whether organic traffic is reaching pages that can create pipeline.
Surfaces canonical, coverage, redirect, sitemap, and crawl-access issues.
Finds render, speed, schema, pagination, and template problems that quietly suppress pages.
Checks whether the page still matches what searchers and Google now expect.
Reveals orphan pages, thin clusters, cannibalization, and missing supporting assets.
Shows where internal links are leaking, trapping, or misdirecting page authority.
Identifies when Google shifted the preferred result type, layout, or answer format.
Explains who displaced you and what their page does that yours does not.
Flags thin explanations, outdated claims, weak examples, and shallow coverage.
Finds missing authorship, sourcing, evidence, product context, and credibility cues.
Checks whether your brand, category, offer, and expertise are machine-readable and consistent.
Surfaces pages that are not structured for citation, summarization, or answer extraction.
Catches tracking gaps, migration noise, filtered data, and misleading trend lines.
Prevents low-impact work from crowding out urgent fixes and compounding opportunities.
Identifies changes that could damage rankings, UX, tracking, or revenue if rushed.
The evidence system
Not every finding deserves the same level of action. We tag confidence before recommendations become work, so your team knows what to fix now, what to validate next, and what not to overreact to.
The data directly supports the finding. This is safe to act on first because the evidence is visible, repeatable, and tied to a specific page, query, pattern, or technical condition.
Multiple signals point in the same direction, but one variable still needs validation. This becomes a priority when the upside is clear and the risk is low.
A plausible explanation exists, but the data is not strong enough to treat it as fact. It is tracked, tested, or held until more evidence appears.
This is the difference between a roadmap your team can execute and a pile of SEO tasks that all look equally urgent.
The AI search layer
GEO is not a bolt-on. The same pages that need to rank also need to be understood, summarized, cited, and represented accurately by answer engines. Every engagement checks both at the same time.
Can AI systems understand who you are, what you do, and who you serve?
Do your pages contain claims, proof, examples, and sourcing worth citing?
Can answers be extracted cleanly without losing nuance or context?
Are you present across the questions buyers now ask before they search traditionally?
The two paths
This is the navigation moment. If the problem is a decline, the path is recovery. If the problem is plateaued or underbuilt growth, the path is architecture.
For teams that lost rankings, impressions, clicks, or qualified organic demand and need to know what broke before fixing anything.
Explore Traffic RecoveryFor teams that are publishing and improving content, but need a stronger architecture for compounding search and AI visibility.
Explore Growth BlueprintThe deliverable standard
Whether the engagement becomes recovery or growth architecture, the output has to be specific, sequenced, evidence-cited, and measurable inside a 90-day window.
Every recommendation names the page, query group, failure mode, and next action.
The work is ordered by urgency, upside, confidence, effort, and dependency.
Findings point back to the data source or observed pattern that produced them.
The roadmap includes what should move in 30, 60, and 90 days.
The diagnostic call
The call is a no-commitment first step. We listen to the situation, identify whether the issue looks like recovery, growth architecture, AI visibility, or a mix, and help you understand what should be diagnosed next.
