I joined GrowthOS on 1st December 2025.
Before that, the website had practically ZERO search and AI presence. Here I will show you the key activities performed to get them visible on SERPs and ranking for high-intent YouTube queries.
Results accomplished in the last 6 months
- 450,000+ impressions
- 1K+ clicks
- 3.8K new users
- 3 organic leads + 1 from ChatGPT
- +7 points increase in domain rating
Challenges
1. The site had outdated, less keyword-focused copy.
2. There were only 3-4 blog articles; that too thin and low-quality content
3. No established content calendar or publishing cadence
4. No distribution strategy
Process focused on the following tasks
1. A thorough website audit to identify on-page and technical SEO gaps
2. In-depth keyword research paired with competitor analysis
3. Identifying content gaps: low-hanging fruits
4. Building brand’s tone of voice and content guidelines
5. Reworking on their information architecture (menu restructuring and expansion)
6. Conceptualizing the entire layout of new pages, writing copy
6. Writing highly optimized AEO-driven pieces to target long-tail queries around YouTube
7. Refreshing existing blog articles and removing the non-relevant ones
8. Acquired only one very high-quality backlink for the homepage from DR 70+ website.
Outcomes
Solid Organic and AI Footprint
As mentioned earlier, the website had practically 0 visibility and hence none of their pages were ranking.
Not only in search, but the website is performing well in terms of AI visibility also.

Top Keywords and Pages
After a couple of months of regular publishing, the content started to rank in Google AI Overivews and SERPs. There are total 51 keywords which land respective pages in the top 10 search results.

Organic Lead Generation
Since the content on service pages and blogs was carefully crafted by considering the current competitive landscape, all the relevant keywords, intent-matching and AEO best practices, it started to land inbound call bookings.

Backlink Quality over Quantity
To build foundational links, people first aim to get it from Web 2.0 sources. Even though it feels like a quick win, but eventually it pollutes your domain’s credibility by increasing the spam score. So I took another approach, handpicked a DR 70+ domain and placed a very contextual quote in a guest post, and acquired a permanent DO FOLLOW link for the homepage.

And due to a very strong discovery and high quality content, GrowthOS also acquired 2 natural backlinks from DR 70+ domains.
